Chief and Lolo Obieze Eze celebrated the academic achievements of their sons, Dr. Obieze Eze Jr. and Obinna Eze, with a graduation party on Sunday, July 17th, 2022. The party, which took place at Hampton Conference Centre in Capitol Heights, Maryland, lasted for six hours and was filled with merriment and celebration. Notable figures, family members, and friends of the graduates attended the event, as well as organizations and groups that Lolo Obieze is affiliated with.
Notable figures and guests at the graduation party hosted by Chief and Lolo Obieze Eze included the Imo State Women Association (ISWA) delegates led by National President Chief Mrs. Genevieve Ibe, Ikeduru USA Organization, Sisters Fellowship International Organization, Mr. Ihiasota Boniface, CEO of Excel Global Media Group, and Mrs. Nnenna Joy Ugorji, DMV Representative and Director of Human Resources at Excel Global Media Group, among others.
Dr. Obieze Eze Jr., the elder of the two honorees, is a 27-year-old doctoral graduate from Howard University College of Pharmacy. Prior to this, he studied Biological Sciences at Charles Herbert Flowers High School and later became a Meyerhoff scholar at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
During an interview with Mr. Ihiasota Boniface, the publisher of Excel Magazine International, Dr. Obieze Jr. disclosed that he chose to pursue a career in pharmacy while studying at the University of Maryland. He later earned a doctoral degree from the Howard University College of Pharmacy, where he graduated cum laude and served as the president of the local American College of Clinical Pharmacy. This achievement gave him the chance to undertake a Post-Graduate year one residency program at the University of Maryland Capitol Region Medical Centre, and he was subsequently offered a job as a Clinical Staff Pharmacist at the hospital.
Obinna Eze, the younger of the two brothers, also attended Charles Herbert Flowers High School and graduated with a remarkable 4.07 GPA. Similarly to his older brother, he will be attending the University of Maryland Baltimore County in the coming Fall and intends to major in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in the Automotive industry.
