The biblical verse from Mathew 19:14, “Let the children come to me and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these,” was invoked as the Mbas celebrated the dedication of their son and grandson Udo-Victor Asher Ifesinachi at the All Saints Igbo Anglican Church in Maryland, USA, on Sunday, July 31, 2022. The event was attended by friends and family members.
After the holy sacrament baptism, there was a reception party held at the Ndubuisi Ogbuokiri Fellowship Hall, which was hosted by Udo-Victor’s parents, Dr. Mba Uzoma Udo Mba & Dr. (Mrs.) Chadia Robertson-Mba, and his grandparents, Chief Udo Mba Kalu & Dr. (Mrs.) Roseleen Mba-Kalu.
Excel TV crew, headed by Mr. Ihiasota Boniface, the CEO of Excel Global Media Group, provided media coverage of the baptismal service and the reception.
